From first call to your protocol
1. Bloodwork. We set you up with a LabCorp draw site. There are locations across Duval and St. Johns counties, so you don't have to drive across town. Men's panels include testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin and PSA, along with thyroid markers, A1c, a CBC, a metabolic panel, lipids and vitamin D.
2. Your provider visit. Your Jacksonville provider walks you through every marker: what it measures, where yours falls and how it relates to your symptoms and goals. You can do this visit at the Beach Blvd office or by telehealth.
3. Your protocol. If your labs confirm low testosterone and treatment is appropriate, your provider builds an individualized plan. Medication, supplies and instructions ship directly to your door.
4. Staying on track. Follow-up labs, check-ins and dose adjustments continue for as long as you're a patient, and our team is a message away.
Where we are
The office is at 11915 Beach Boulevard, Suite 116, on the Beach Boulevard corridor in Southside near Kernan Boulevard. It's a short drive from the University of North Florida and the St. Johns Town Center area, and an easy trip in from Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Arlington and Baymeadows. Patients coming up from St. Johns County can use the same office or handle many follow-ups by telehealth. If you travel for work or split your time between Florida and another state, telehealth check-ins and home delivery make it easier to stay on schedule.
