Yes. If your labs and history don't support hormone therapy, your provider says so and explains what your numbers show. Sometimes the answer is a different treatment, sometimes it's none, sometimes it's a referral elsewhere. You keep the panel and the explanation either way.
Not always. Peptides follow a shorter medical intake, and your provider decides whether bloodwork is needed based on what you're asking for, your history and your symptoms. Hormone therapy and medical weight loss do require the comprehensive panel first, because dosing those safely depends on knowing your baseline.
